A very money-grubbing casino that doesn't even grant its players the smallest winnings. Great bonuses are useless with the consistently low RTP. I've been playing here for over two years and have only had one payout: a paltry €100. For me, this casino is one of the most disgusting I've ever played at. You don't run a casino like this, and you don't treat paying customers like dirt! The support changed the terms for wager as soon as I won. When they realized my winnings they cancelled the withdrawal and added 5x wager or 20% fee to withdraw. I think this is enough reason to give it the lowest rating possible.

They make you wager your own money 5x or they take 10% commission of your withdraw. I mean example you deposit 50e and you need to wager 250e even thou it's your own money. There should never be anymore than 1x wager when ur not playing with bonus money. I got a cool little bonus in my email 50% on my deposit with a low wagering requirement. After wagering was finished I had about nzd4500, next time I logged into my account only nzd2000 was left. Contacted support and they tell me there was a max win amount on my bonus. I clearly checked all terms in the email and on their website and there is no max win rule anywhere, there was extra terms specific for this bonus and I checked them while playing and was no max win term. When I talk to support they claim there was a max win term in the bonus terms but that its not visible at this point. I say okey sure if you can prove that and show me that terms I will accept it as my fault for missing that term, support tells me they will get back to me by email soon with proof of the term. 3-4 days goes and no message from them and when I contact them they simply just wrote to me that the decision is final and they didnt show anything to prove their claim. A very money-grubbing casino that doesn't even grant its players the smallest winnings. Great bonuses are useless with the consistently low RTP. The support changed the terms for wager as soon as I won. When they realized my winnings they cancelled the withdrawal and added 5x wager or 20% fee to withdraw. I think this is enough reason to give it the lowest rating possible.

So far, my experience has been absolutely terrible. The payout has been stuck in pending status for days (in other casinos, it's minutes to hours). It can be canceled at any time, and support provides no information other than copy-pasted answers. The RTP is also abysmal in my opinion.

I got a cool little bonus in my email 50% on my deposit with a low wagering requirement. After wagering was finished I had about nzd4500, next time I logged into my account only nzd2000 was left. Contacted support and they tell me there was a max win amount on my bonus. I clearly checked all terms in the email and on their website and there is no max win rule anywhere, there was extra terms specific for this bonus and I checked them while playing and was no max win term. When I talk to support they claim there was a max win term in the bonus terms but that its not visible at this point. I say okey sure if you can prove that and show me that terms I will accept it as my fault for missing that term, support tells me they will get back to me by email soon with proof of the term. 3-4 days goes and no message from them and when I contact them they simply just wrote to me that the decision is final and they didnt show anything to prove their claim. Is this okey just removing winnings without any grounds?
