I played daily at Winna for over a year and deposited well over 250K usd.
In April 2026 I raised 3 separate issues involving the platform, and despite providing documentation and waiting patiently, I repeatedly received the same response: "please be patient."
The issues involved:
- Missed winnings caused by altered probability tables in their Plinko game, as stated in their 10 march Incident report. - Unexplained "Nonce" gaps in my casino history. - Unclear and questionable bonus/promotion terms, where advertised conditions and outcomes appeared inconsistent and were changed after the promo had ended. - A complete lack of meaningful support.
After months of waiting, Winna eventually closed my tickets concerning these issues without a proper resolution and stopped responding at all (ghosted me).
Overall, my concern is not just about the financial impact, but the lack of transparency, accountability, and customer support when serious issues are raised in Winna.
Winna started as a very solid and good experience for me, and I expected myself to play here for years. Things however turned very bad and I can only advise to avoid Winna at all cost.

This site is a complete hoax. They claim to be responsible and fair, but the reality is the opposite. Customer service requests are routinely ignored, and you'll only receive replies when it's convenient for them.
They advertise a commitment to safer gambling practices and claim their staff are regularly trained to monitor and prevent financial harm. However, when I informed them via message about my gambling addiction, it took until Monday evening to get any acknowledgment. When they finally responded, an agent named Alexis simply directed me to the self-exclusion tool. Then another agent appeared asking if I wanted my account closed. I declined until I could receive a refund, as I had uploaded documents proving my gambling addiction and other mental health issues. I also explained personal circumstances that I believed warranted a refund of my deposits.
For these reasons, I strongly believe they should refund my deposits. Where safer gambling and vulnerable customers are concerned, they have proven they are not responsible by waiting until Monday to respond to my disclosure about gambling addiction—a delay that allowed me to continue depositing and losing money during that time.
Over eight months, I've lost $3,500 on this site without ever withdrawing any winnings—I haven't profited at all. There have been numerous suspicious incidents with bonuses. For example, they conduct site maintenance at the exact time they issue monthly bonuses, which seems like a deliberate tactic to generate more profit and reclaim bonuses they've just given out. I have screen recordings showing games crashing an unusual number of times.
When I finally got their attention about these crashes—which took an absurd amount of time—I spoke with LiamWinna on Telegram, who acknowledged the issue and agreed my concerns were valid. As a goodwill gesture, they credited $140 to my account, which I immediately lost back into the system. When I raised another complaint, I was told to leave a positive review on Trustpilot in exchange for a bonus. This is completely untrustworthy behavior.
Like many others have said, the games appear to be rigged. I have screen recordings and screenshots of my gameplay and conversations with staff members like Alexis and Edward, who are clearly untrained, unresponsive, and refuse to provide meaningful assistance.
They are still ignoring me, so I am now looking at escalating this matter further through the appropriate regulatory channels and gambling dispute resolution services.

Good morning, I’m a well-known player in the crypto casino community, VIP at many platforms, and I’ve decided to try out Winna.
Visually, it’s very appealing; the site’s layout is clear and not overwhelming. As for promotions, I have nothing negative to say at the moment — they are very interesting. Regarding withdrawals: excellent — the execution speed is impressive, even with large amounts.

I never thought I’d have to write this, but here we are. After actively promoting Winna and bringing in over 20 affiliates through my personal referral link, my account was suddenly suspended with zero warning and no clear explanation. I was vaguely told it was due to "bonus abuse," but no proof or further clarification was ever given.
What makes it worse:

This site is a complete hoax. They claim to be responsible and fair, but the reality is the opposite. Customer service requests are routinely ignored, and you'll only receive replies when it's convenient for them.
They advertise a commitment to safer gambling practices and claim their staff are regularly trained to monitor and prevent financial harm. However, when I informed them via message about my gambling addiction, it took until Monday evening to get any acknowledgment. When they finally responded, an agent named Alexis simply directed me to the self-exclusion tool. Then another agent appeared asking if I wanted my account closed. I declined until I could receive a refund, as I had uploaded documents proving my gambling addiction and other mental health issues. I also explained personal circumstances that I believed warranted a refund of my deposits.
For these reasons, I strongly believe they should refund my deposits. Where safer gambling and vulnerable customers are concerned, they have proven they are not responsible by waiting until Monday to respond to my disclosure about gambling addiction—a delay that allowed me to continue depositing and losing money during that time.
Over eight months, I've lost $3,500 on this site without ever withdrawing any winnings—I haven't profited at all. There have been numerous suspicious incidents with bonuses. For example, they conduct site maintenance at the exact time they issue monthly bonuses, which seems like a deliberate tactic to generate more profit and reclaim bonuses they've just given out. I have screen recordings showing games crashing an unusual number of times.
When I finally got their attention about these crashes—which took an absurd amount of time—I spoke with LiamWinna on Telegram, who acknowledged the issue and agreed my concerns were valid. As a goodwill gesture, they credited $140 to my account, which I immediately lost back into the system. When I raised another complaint, I was told to leave a positive review on Trustpilot in exchange for a bonus. This is completely untrustworthy behavior.
Like many others have said, the games appear to be rigged. I have screen recordings and screenshots of my gameplay and conversations with staff members like Alexis and Edward, who are clearly untrained, unresponsive, and refuse to provide meaningful assistance.
They are still ignoring me, so I am now looking at escalating this matter further through the appropriate regulatory channels and gambling dispute resolution services.

Good morning, I’m a well-known player in the crypto casino community, VIP at many platforms, and I’ve decided to try out Winna.

After actively promoting Winna and bringing in over 20 affiliates through my personal referral link, my account was suddenly suspended with zero warning and no clear explanation. I was vaguely told it was due to "bonus abuse," but no proof or further clarification was ever given.
What makes it worse:
