Overall, it is a very easy casino to play at, with bonuses being distributed regularly.
However, in recent years, the withdrawal speed is not fast compared to other online casinos that require high-speed deposits and withdrawals in virtual currency, and there are negative points such as a 1-2% fee being charged without prior notice by going through a payment provider.
In targeting the Japanese market and in the current climate, we believe that these two points will be factors that lower our rating when recommending cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals, so we have downgraded our rating from the highest to a standard rating.

Both sister brands have terrible customer service.
Since withdrawals are not being processed at all, you should really stop playing at Vera John Casino and Yugado.
I lost 120,000 yen and am not allowed to withdraw the remaining money.
I wish it would really go bust.
I have also sent a complaint email to Curacao, so I hope they respond quickly.

There are frequent bonuses and the wagering requirements are 10x, which is pretty good compared to other sites. However, please note that this may only be the case in Japan, but if you use bank withdrawal, it will take between half a month and a month from the time you apply until the money arrives. At first you may not like the design of the site, as it is still an old template. But this design they make up for in efficiency and customer service.
