One of the worst.sites I've played on. Many games didn't load and of the 3 that did there wasn't even the sniff of a win, no excitement whatsoever. I have used this Casino a lot and never had a problem with deposits or withdrawels a bomnus for sure. My issues started when they changed the way you can apply for cashback as advertised in their loyalty promotion. Cashback was done via the chat box you requested and the agent credited you your bonus no problem at all. Then for whatever reason the cashback now has to be requested via a link and this was the start of the end for me at Velobet. After several failed attempts at claiming my cashback I was told cashback was no longer available and that spins would be issued instead. Utter nonsense the casino still advertises cashback on their site but their customer service team insists cashback is finished. Be aware of this false promotion. I am deeply disapointed with Velobet a casino that I trusted and used frequently only to be cheated out of my cashback and to be given low level free spins on games that I never play. A terrible end to a once trusted casino.

Hello to all gamers in the UK who have been using Velobet. I must write a honest review regarding this site. I have read on hear so many bad reviews so I thought I would put my view on the table. I have only used this site over the last few days and I have been lucky to win £3000 only 12hrs ago and I have already been paid into my bank through Sepa bank transfer. Every bank is different and you do pay a conversion fee, mine was £103 pound. Customer service has been amazing, truly amazing. They have recommended using bitcoin but im too old in the tooth to have an account like that. The one thing I would aways recommended is that you get verified prior to making a withdrawal as this can slow thing down. And as long as your not gambling from a country prohibited your be fine. I don't understand why people are so happy with Velobet! I have registered and taken the bonus. At the same time I sent exactly the same document that casino Nitro approved in 10 minutes and casino Velobet has not reviewed it for 48 hours at all! Now the misery begins, I want to withdraw money when I won but it is not so easy! ALL my documents are REJECTED, even the electricity bill which is 10 days old! Still no e-mail, and chat help is useless they say that there is another department that is working on verification! First time I've ever left a review other than on Trustpilot. I've left a massive negative review over there and felt it necessary to warn as many people as I could, on as many platforms as I could to give this site a very wide berth.

I've listed all the negatives on the TP review so I'm not going to list them all again but the main red flags are - Not accepting a full UK driving licence as proof of ID, e mails from them landing in my spam folder, no apparent safer gambling portal for deposit limits etc, allowing people to deposit when not verified but blocking withdrawals pending verification. There's many many more.

Because I have no passport, the money I deposited there is basically frozen, or to be more dramatic, stolen. They're not licenced in the UK and are obviously very very shady.

As someone has mentioned, totally ignore 90% of the positive reviews, both on here and TP, they're obviously fake.

For anyone reading this I would say please please deposit your money somewhere else, this site and it's sister companies are not to be trusted.

I do wish I had found this site ages ago. I’m a realist and know I will not win every time, or close to every time. However, what sets this side aside, is the transparency of terms, you’re not bombarded with pointless bonuses, the deposits are prompt with numerous deposits methods, best of all the withdrawals are fast. I’ve made three. The fasted was 20 mins and the longest was 3 hours. These were crypto withdrawals as well.

Also, the casino games are good and you don’t dead spin, there is a sense of gamification and enjoyment. Even if you don’t finish on top (bet what you can afford people). I played at their casino because of their welcome bonus offered, but after depositing I could not claim the bonus and support staff only sited some rules in the terms and just closed the chat on me.
I see many 5 star ratings here and thats highly suspicious, normal people in generall dont write reviews like that and also average person would not give 5 stars that often.
