If I could rate 0 I would ⚠️ Spinsy Casino is a total scam. ⚠️ Takes 5+ days just to "review" withdrawals, and while they stall you can’t use bonuses. They only let you withdraw $800 max if you’re "level one," and you’re limited to 3 withdrawals, each 24 hours apart. I’ve emailed multiple times and only get canned robot replies. Complete BS setup — avoid this casino at all costs - still have not even received my money. Ridiculous.

Deposited NZD $2,660 — winnings of NZD $4,200.18 repeatedly blocked from withdrawal I deposited a total of NZD $2,660 into my Spinsy account via ANZ Visa. My account was fully verified and my deposits were accepted without any issues. After gameplay, my account balance reached NZD $4,200.18. Since late October, every withdrawal request has been cancelled or declined automatically without my request. The casino advised that the withdrawals were "cancelled by the payment provider" or "rejected by my bank". I contacted my bank (ANZ New Zealand), who confirmed in writing and by phone that: – no incoming transfers or payout attempts were ever received – my account has no blocks or restrictions I requested proof of payout attempts (transaction reference, timestamp, processor, or error code), but none has been provided. Instead I received differing explanations about formatting and account details while withdrawals remained blocked. During this time, the casino continued to send promotional VIP deposit offers rather than resolving the unpaid balance. My current balance of NZD $4,200.18 is still inaccessible despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue in good faith. I am sharing this review so other players are aware of my experience. Update: I have also submitted a formal complaint through Casino Guru and will provide full documentation upon request. I am happy to cooperate with the mediator to resolve this matter fairly.

Hello, I'm filing a formal complaint against this casino because talking to their live chat is both frustrating and ridiculous. The withdrawal requests were submitted on September 17 and 19, 2025, and were canceled. Their excuse was that my bank had rejected them. This was a complete lie, as I immediately contacted the bank in question, and they knew nothing about the issue. Once I learned this, I contacted the casino again. It was more of the same: vague copy-and-paste responses that only made me even more desperate. As of today, I have three withdrawals of €500, with €6,500 pending. I've tried withdrawing them through different methods so they can't use the bank's excuse. I consider the treatment received so far to be quite poor, but they have the option to redeem themselves. I remain willing to cooperate, but I also reserve the right to escalate the case if the matter continues to be delayed.

Hello, With this review, I want to warn people who aren't allowed to enter this casino. This casino has caused me many sleepless nights and headaches, and I'll explain why. I started registering at the casino, just like you have to at other casinos. I didn't have to verify my identity at first, not even for my first withdrawal, which was €200. Up until then, I had no idea what to expect. Then I hit my jackpot. At first, it was about €20,000, which I naturally wanted immediately. I went to the withdrawal page and tried to withdraw the money, but it didn't work. It said I'd reached a limit, which naturally made me worried about the money. Brief info: "The winnings came without bonuses or anything else." I immediately wrote to live support to ask why I couldn't withdraw everything, and they told me I was VIP level 3, which meant I could only withdraw €800 every 24 hours, which I did. Then, after a week, I didn't receive any of my money, and in the meantime, I kept playing and doubled the €20,000 again. Ultimately, I reached €42,000, which, of course, made me happy. I still haven't heard anything about my withdrawals and wrote to live support almost daily. They kept telling me that the finance department was currently processing a lot of withdrawals, which was delaying mine. Which was fine with me. It can happen. Ten days ago, on March 7, 2025, I sent an email to support stating that I wanted to close my account due to gambling addiction. Nothing has happened. strongly advise everyone to stay away from Spinsy Casino.
A month ago, I won $21,700 and submitted a withdrawal request. Their website states that withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 72 hours. However, my first withdrawal of $3,700 (the maximum allowed per transaction) took 16 days to process.
After finally receiving that payment, I immediately submitted a second withdrawal request. It has now been over 10 days, and despite contacting support daily, I receive the same copy-paste responses:
• "Your withdrawal is highly prioritized." • "It’s in the final stage." • "We have high traffic, but it will be done very soon."
This is by far the worst withdrawal experience I’ve ever had in over a decade of online gambling. Delays can happen once in a while, but every single withdrawal? If this pattern continues, it could take months to withdraw my remaining $18,000.

If I could rate 0 I would ⚠️ Spinsy Casino is a total scam. ⚠️ Takes 5+ days just to "review" withdrawals, and while they stall you can’t use bonuses. They only let you withdraw $800 max if you’re "level one," and you’re limited to 3 withdrawals, each 24 hours apart. I’ve emailed multiple times and only get canned robot replies. Complete BS setup — avoid this casino at all costs - still have not even received my money. Ridiculous.

Deposited NZD $2,660 — winnings of NZD $4,200.18 repeatedly blocked from withdrawal I deposited a total of NZD $2,660 into my Spinsy account via ANZ Visa. My account was fully verified and my deposits were accepted without any issues. After gameplay, my account balance reached NZD $4,200.18. Since late October, every withdrawal request has been cancelled or declined automatically without my request. The casino advised that the withdrawals were "cancelled by the payment provider" or "rejected by my bank". I contacted my bank (ANZ New Zealand), who confirmed in writing and by phone that: – no incoming transfers or payout attempts were ever received – my account has no blocks or restrictions I requested proof of payout attempts (transaction reference, timestamp, processor, or error code), but none has been provided. Instead I received differing explanations about formatting and account details while withdrawals remained blocked. During this time, the casino continued to send promotional VIP deposit offers rather than resolving the unpaid balance. My current balance of NZD $4,200.18 is still inaccessible despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue in good faith. I am sharing this review so other players are aware of my experience. Update: I have also submitted a formal complaint through Casino Guru and will provide full documentation upon request. I am happy to cooperate with the mediator to resolve this matter fairly.

Hello, I'm filing a formal complaint against this casino because talking to their live chat is both frustrating and ridiculous. The withdrawal requests were submitted on September 17 and 19, 2025, and were canceled. Their excuse was that my bank had rejected them. This was a complete lie, as I immediately contacted the bank in question, and they knew nothing about the issue. Once I learned this, I contacted the casino again. It was more of the same: vague copy-and-paste responses that only made me even more desperate. As of today, I have three withdrawals of €500, with €6,500 pending. I've tried withdrawing them through different methods so they can't use the bank's excuse. I consider the treatment received so far to be quite poor, but they have the option to redeem themselves. I remain willing to cooperate, but I also reserve the right to escalate the case if the matter continues to be delayed.

A month ago, I won $21,700 and submitted a withdrawal request. Their website states that withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 72 hours. However, my first withdrawal of $3,700 (the maximum allowed per transaction) took 16 days to process.
After finally receiving that payment, I immediately submitted a second withdrawal request. It has now been over 10 days, and despite contacting support daily, I receive the same copy-paste responses:
• "Your withdrawal is highly prioritized." • "It’s in the final stage." • "We have high traffic, but it will be done very soon."
This is by far the worst withdrawal experience I’ve ever had in over a decade of online gambling. Delays can happen once in a while, but every single withdrawal? If this pattern continues, it could take months to withdraw my remaining $18,000.
Spinsy Casino is highly unprofessional and unreliable. A legitimate casino would not operate this way. Based on my experience, this platform deserves a much lower rating than it currently has. Avoid at all costs. Even if i was sure that i would win i wouldn’t gamble on spinsy.

My account was blocked due to gambling addiction. They just reopened it and there was no chance of closing it... The reason (allegedly technical errors like in the 15 other accounts of Rabidi NV) Super annoying when you've stopped playing casino.
