My RTbet account (nickname: Galenowa19) was blocked the moment I tried to withdraw my 6,000 PLN winnings. The account was fully active, deposits were accepted, and I was allowed to play, but as soon as I won, my account was blocked.
I have been contacting RTbet for over 3 weeks with no real response. The only reply I get is an automated message saying "the appropriate department will check your request," but no one ever follows up. This looks like a deliberate attempt to avoid paying out my winnings.
I expect a clear response and immediate resolution of this issue.
I do not recommend this casino at all. Their practices are dishonest and frustrating. Avoid RTbet if you value your money and your time.

I cannot believe this casino is rated so high, every review given tells the same story with these guys. Their Terms state payments will be processed in 3 business days following the day of the withdrawal request. In my case its been 2 weeks and the request is yet to be acknowledged. I contact support every day and receive the same responses, word for word, stating delays, or high volume and to wait a bit longer. Every one of them say they will escalate the request but its a clear lie as every day goes by and still nothing happens. They also refuse to let me do the verification process which is another delay tactic they will surely use IF they address my withdrawal at all, they will want me to then verify my account creating further delays. AVOID this casino and any casino under the STELLAR INC. management company. This and every other casino they run need to have the ratings dropped because they are clearly deceiving customers by holding out payments in an effort to not pay out at all. All of the reviews state the exact same issue so its clear this is purposeful and they need to be held accountable to the terms they set. Truly awful experience with this casino, do not play here.

My first review was rejected. This casino has a jackpot mania game that is impossible to win you have to get exactly the number they show in so many spins that is so hard to do. So when you get alot of points and get all excited you lose. Even customers who spend a lot get cut off for bonuses. Avoid it Please If Possible.

I can't understand why you give this casino such a high rating... I have made a deposit here and how many hours and the money has never been credited to my account... I talk to the live chat and they tell me excuses that it is supposed to be maintenance and not they can answer me and then they tell me that if they have someone newer with my deposit they will send me an email... the worst casino I have ever played in my life
