Deposits are unlimited, but withdrawals are a different story! The maximum withdrawal is €500 every 24 hours, with a maximum of three withdrawals allowed. I won €4200 and withdrew €500 on three separate days (March 24th, 26th, and 27th). As of today, April 1st, the withdrawals haven't been processed. Despite repeated inquiries, I keep getting the same response: "We're processing your withdrawal immediately and will treat it with high priority..." Nothing has happened. This means that anyone wanting to withdraw €4000 with this processing time will have to wait at least two months to receive their money, if they get anything at all! I strongly advise against playing with this bookmaker, especially for high rollers and players who place high-stakes bets! I've already lost the €2700 I had in my account, and I believe that's exactly what Playzilla is banking on! They're deliberately playing for time until players cancel their withdrawals and gamble away their money again! Beware of such bookmakers; there are definitely more reputable providers!

Worse casino online. After depositing 1000s and finally winning something decent I did my first withdrawal. The casino intentionally cancelled my withdrawals 10 times over a 5 day period. They kept blaming my bank provider which is a big lie. They take deposits but don't let you withdraw.
Out of frustration and very bad service with constant lies I decided to lose all my winnings because I gave up. I intentionally lost 20 000 dollars of winnings because I knew they would not pay me a single dime.

Don't waste your time or money unless you like to lose money and your sanity. Worst site I've ever played on, I'm 18 days away from receiving my first withdrawal. They ask for absurd documents, such as selfie with RG, selfie with the game open, CPF, RG, bank statement, proof of residence. And in my case, I sent proof of residence in a photo, they didn't accept it, I had to enter the website and get a proof in PDF format. And I still haven't received it, and they always invent other documents and every time they ask and you send them they give 3 to 5 working days to verify. Anyway, don't waste your time with this horrible site. It's been 18 days since I've been waiting for my withdrawal in the amount of 4000BRL. I've even been sick with so much anger to wait.

The casino is built on scams, they offer bonuses of 200% first deposit bonus plus 500 free spins and when you deposited one the bonus isn't there. You get to the chat which says it's been decided not to give a bonus, I should email management! I withdraw and what happens? The chat says I have to play the deposited amount once in order to pay it out, otherwise there is no payout. No bonus received but I have to play through the amount I deposited once. This is a very deliberate scam. Hands off this casino!!

Deposits are unlimited, but withdrawals are a different story! The maximum withdrawal is €500 every 24 hours, with a maximum of three withdrawals allowed. I won €4200 and withdrew €500 on three separate days (March 24th, 26th, and 27th). As of today, April 1st, the withdrawals haven't been processed. Despite repeated inquiries, I keep getting the same response: "We're processing your withdrawal immediately and will treat it with high priority..." Nothing has happened. This means that anyone wanting to withdraw €4000 with this processing time will have to wait at least two months to receive their money, if they get anything at all! I strongly advise against playing with this bookmaker, especially for high rollers and players who place high-stakes bets! I've already lost the €2700 I had in my account, and I believe that's exactly what Playzilla is banking on! They're deliberately playing for time until players cancel their withdrawals and gamble away their money again! Beware of such bookmakers; there are definitely more reputable providers!
Einzahlung sind ohne Limit möglich, bei Auszahlungen sieht das allerdings anders aus! 500€ maximal Auszahlbar alle 24 Stunden, maximal aber 3 Auszahlungen! Ich habe 4200€ gewonnen und an 3 Tagen jeweils 500€ ausgezahlt am 24.03, 26.03 und 27.03 bis heute 01.04 wurden die Auszahlung nicht bearbeitet auf Nachfrage immer wieder die Antwort wir bearbeitet ihre Auszahlung sofort und werden diese mit hoher Priorität behandeln... Nichts passiert das heißt wer 4000€ Auszahlen möchte bei dieser Bearbeitungszeit muss mindestens 2 Monate warten um sein Geld zu erhalten wenn er überhaupt etwas bekommt! Ich empfehle niemanden das spielen bei diesem Buchmacher Grade für Highroller und Spieler die Wetten mit hohen Einsatz spielen! Die 2700€ die ich auf dem Spielkonto hatte habe ich in der Zwischenzeit schon verloren und ich glaube genau das ist auch das worauf playzilla spekuliert! deposited by bank transfer on a saturday it did not show up in my account until monday, terrible support same email over and over we have passed it to the relevent dept, was told then nobody there who speaks my language (english), then i was told any money in my account would be kept after i said i was going to lodge a complaint with casino guru!

Worse casino online. After depositing 1000s and finally winning something decent I did my first withdrawal. The casino intentionally cancelled my withdrawals 10 times over a 5 day period. They kept blaming my bank provider which is a big lie. They take deposits but don't let you withdraw.
Out of frustration and very bad service with constant lies I decided to lose all my winnings because I gave up. I intentionally lost 20 000 dollars of winnings because I knew they would not pay me a single dime.

I joined the casino a while ago but hadn’t played for a while, decided to go back after trying some other terrible online casinos. I really like playzilla, one of the best so far in my opinion. It’s gambling and you’re going to lose money but I think this casino is very fair. Customer service was very helpful and fast to respond.

Don't waste your time or money unless you like to lose money and your sanity. Yes folks, yet another casino with no problems taking your money but every problem known to man when it comes to paying your winnings. Oh and don't even think you can get a step ahead and prepare for a speedy withdrawal by providing documents and completing kyc! No, you aren't allowed to until you have made a withdrawal request and the "relevant team" requests you to! I'm sorry but huh??? I asked 5 different staff on 5 separate occasions thru live chat and email and was shut down every time. Nope, you are not to do anything unless they request you to. Oh but don't worry, according to chat staff "Nessa" alot of withdrawals are processed without kyc being done... Bullshit!!! I've never come across a site that doesn't require kyc unless it's exclusively crypto nor a site that doesn't allow you to upload kyc documents when you sign up or deposit! You can't even try emailing the docs because they simply reject them and say no, not until it is requested. Pft, yeah right. I just wish I'd read user reviews of this scam of a site before multiple deposits cos I would have gone elsewhere. Ts & Cs say 3 days for cash out processing.. another bullshit statement as it's been over a week waiting for a mere $80 and nothing has been processed and still no request for kyc. The casino still hasn't paid me the withdrawals I requested 5 days ago, I'm still afraid it's a scam casino. When they pay me I'll come back and confirm that I've received it. It's been another 3 days, I've been charging them every day, I've contacted them by email, chat and every other way. They have a copied response that is sent at every opportunity. Unfortunately I think I have fallen for a scam.
FINAL - AFTER 8 DAYS THE WITHDRAWAL HAS BEEN PAID. I will not be depositing at this casino again.

Stay well away from these crooks. $1450 bonus not credited to account after completion. Contacted support who made me jump thru numerous hoops then made up stories about checking data only to then completely ignore every email I sent asking about progress. 6 days later I’ve resigned myself to never seeing the cash. Edit: 12 days after the initial problem I received an email saying I had been credited with the $1451 I was owed, zero communication for over 10 days but I did get the cash.

I have deposited several thousand euros so far and lost everything. Playzilla kicked me out of their bonus system for no reason. I didn't get a guaranteed cashback, free spins, etc. without an explanation. The live chat takes ages to respond and is utterly incompetent. After that you will be referred to a VIP manager. This one doesn't answer. Even after several days or requests to reply, you get no answers.
I can only recommend everyone to keep their hands off this store!!! One has the feeling in this casino only from to be gambled on.
