Illinois player wins for the third time from HotWins

The Illinois lottery is back once again with an exciting piece of news as a Rockford resident has won for a third time from the HotWins game since the title was launched back in November 2025.

The multiple winner, one Robert, has been winning various amounts from the game, and most recently - $2,350. Yet, it is not the size of the win that matters, but how lucky Robert has supposedly been over the past months.

He previously won $1,050 and $815 from the game, but last summer, the player also scooped $200,000 from another game - Lucky Day Lotto, making him one of the luckiest players to participate and be publicly known.

The lottery has taken a photo with Robert, holding a HotWins sign along with his three winning tickets, which the player has saved over the months, making for a great prop for the photo-op.

Commenting on his streak of good luck, Robert had this to say: "It feels different than hitting that big jackpot, but I love the playstyle. The game moves fast with a draw every four minutes; you can’t beat that speed."

However, Robert has not been keeping things to himself, but has also reached out to friends and family, letting them know about the HotWins game and sharing his own bit of good luck with it.

Exactly how much Robert spends on the lottery has not been publicly mentioned in the lottery’s press release, but in explaining what he would do with his current winnings, Robert said that he will keep some of those for leisure while using the rest to invest in his future.

Robert joked that he was "on fire," and that he intended to keep the HotWins coming.
