My experience with the site has been overall positive. I got my free spins without depositing, and via the game Magic 8 I won 50 DKK, which could be used directly on cashbet and the game can even be played for free continuously, which is a definite plus.
The casino platform itself works well with a nice and user-friendly design. However, it is a bit annoying that you have to log in again when you go from the casino part to the sportsbook. It feels unnecessary and a bit old-fashioned.

I wouldn't recommend this casino anymore. Back in the day, it was still a good place to play at Mr. Green. Now it's very tedious and often frustrating. My favorite games aren't there anymore either. 100 spins per minute and 90% of them are duds. Every time and in every game. Unfortunately, the stated RTPs aren't accurate. I'm out of here.

From 3/8 to 8/8, was the time it took to verify my account. The documentation requirements they asked for at verification were quite demanding, but that's okay. The requirement varied depending on the agent I spoke to, which baffled me. However, upon meeting the requirements, they verified my account. A problem arose, as I communicated mainly via email, but at the same time, via text messages, they asked me for documents, warning me that they would block my account in "x" number of days if I did not present them. At the same time, on the same day I received the verification confirmation email, the deadline mentioned in the text message was met. A few hours later, they blocked my account that day. I contacted the complaint service by email and the next day they unblocked my account. It is a good casino, since I played, lost and won. I withdrew my winnings without problems. Their biggest drawback is communication, since they have a live chat that is "hidden" and is not available all day.

My experience with the site has been overall positive. I got my free spins without depositing, and via the game Magic 8 I won 50 DKK, which could be used directly on cashbet and the game can even be played for free continuously, which is a definite plus.
The casino platform itself works well with a nice and user-friendly design. However, it is a bit annoying that you have to log in again when you go from the casino part to the sportsbook. It feels unnecessary and a bit old-fashioned.
On the other hand, the sports betting section is really solid in my opinion: good overview, good odds and generally a platform that makes it easy to follow your bets.

I deposited €400, played up to €1300 until suddenly my profile was blocked, the reason being that I had exceeded my loss limit. €100 remained in the account, which I then tried to withdraw. I received an email stating that the money had been returned to my Mr Green account because the IBAN was incorrect?! A second email stated that further documents were required and that I would send them. Since then... Nothing!!!! No information, no payment, nothing!

I wouldn't recommend this casino anymore. Back in the day, it was still a good place to play at Mr. Green. Now it's very tedious and often frustrating. My favorite games aren't there anymore either. 100 spins per minute and 90% of them are duds. Every time and in every game. Unfortunately, the stated RTPs aren't accurate. I'm out of here.

Die Lieblingsspiele sind auch nicht mehr da. 100 Drehungen zu einer Minute und 90% Nieten. Zu jeder Zeit und bei jedem Spiel. Damit stimmen die angegeben RTPs leider nicht. Ich bin hier raus.

From 3/8 to 8/8, was the time it took to verify my account. The documentation requirements they asked for at verification were quite demanding, but that's okay. The requirement varied depending on the agent I spoke to, which baffled me. However, upon meeting the requirements, they verified my account. A problem arose, as I communicated mainly via email, but at the same time, via text messages, they asked me for documents, warning me that they would block my account in "x" number of days if I did not present them. At the same time, on the same day I received the verification confirmation email, the deadline mentioned in the text message was met. A few hours later, they blocked my account that day. I contacted the complaint service by email and the next day they unblocked my account. It is a good casino, since I played, lost and won. I withdrew my winnings without problems. Their biggest drawback is communication, since they have a live chat that is "hidden" and is not available all day.

I have been playing your casino for over 2 years depositing at least 7000 euros and when I won 3000 euros my account was closed because of a dormant account I can't ever remember opening 5 years ago .I I think it's dishonorable to do such a thing .I have no words 2 describe how I feel I think I was treated very unfair..dshevlin57@gmail.com.
