How can I assist you?" I did not have issues with the verification like 90% of the players but I could not say the same about the withdrawal. However I think it's important that people are made aware that the withdrawal limits/process is not at all what is listed here. I've copied and pasted the email I received from them regarding withdrawal limits.
"Reason of decline: "We would like to inform you that your withdrawal limits are currently exceeded. This casino should be avoided completely! The casino advertises a 100% bonus which is practically useless because you have to play with your own money, wager it, then the bonus is converted into your own money, only when you wager 40 times your own money! Low!

I had a pretty good time playing here, no problems being verified, and the first withdrawal happened quickly. However I think it's important that people are made aware that the withdrawal limits/process is not at all what is listed here. I've copied and pasted the email I received from them regarding withdrawal limits.
"Reason of decline: "We would like to inform you that your withdrawal limits are currently exceeded. As per our Terms and Conditions, the maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 500 EUR (or equivalent in another currency) per day and 10,000 EUR (or equivalent in another currency) per month. A maximum of 5 withdrawal requests may be submitted per week. We are operating within the Terms and Conditions."
