The icing on the cake: Although CrownPlay claims to operate under an Anjouan license, the required site seal is missing from the website – making complaints almost impossible.
I have now submitted an official complaint to the Anjouan Gaming Authority and cannot currently recommend CrownPlay.

I played with a bonus, won around €200, then my game crashed and after that my money was gone. Everything was reset to 0. The first time I was simply abandoned in the chat and the second time I was told that the bonus had expired and the money was no longer there. Something like that has never happened to me before. They couldn't explain it to me and then offered me a free bonus of €20. I declined that. It's better not to play there!!!
Ich habe mit einem Bonus gespielt, habe dann ca 200 € gewonnen, dann brach mein Spiel zusammen und danach war mein Geld weg. Alles auf 0 gestellt. Im Chat wurde ich das erste Mal einfach verlassen und beim 2. Mal wurde mir erklärt der Bonus sei abgelaufen und das Geld nicht mehr da. So etwas ist mir bis jetzt noch nie passiert. Man konnte mir das auch nicht erkären und bot mir dann einen kostenlosen Bonus von 20 € an. Darauf habe ich verzichtet. Besser man spilet dort nicht!!!

I like the offers, the selection of games and also the fast and friendly support.
However, I have been waiting for my (relatively small) payout for 10 days. I ask in the chat every day and always get the same standardized answers. Why does it take so long? I pay to a wallet, but the payout is still being processed!?
Apparently I'm not the only one who has such problems.
So far I can't really recommend it because of the long payout process. It's a shame because I really like the site and the offers.

Allerdings warte ich seit 10 Tagen auf meine ( relativ kleine) Auszahlung. Ich frage täglich im Chat nach, erhalte immer die selben standardisierten Antworten. Warum dauert es solange ? Ich zahle an eine Wallet, die Auszahlung ist noch immer in Verarbeitung !?
Scheinbar bin ich auch nicht der Einzige der solche Probleme hat.

Payout times are definitely too long. I made two withdrawals, each took 12 days (including the weekend). In my opinion, that's much too long. It's a shame because otherwise I really like the casino and the promotions.

CAUTION!! This is my take on this place as I've just signed up yesterday 22nd March...right off the bat, did not like it, you can't deposit an amount of your choice e.g $32..its minimum is $30aud and goes up in increments of $10,$20 etc...I had issues with 1st deposit match bonus..it wasn't added, secondly, I had contacted customer support (live chat) told them my issue, a female rep jumps on, tells me to hold, then comes back 5 minutes later to close the chat..like as in, she couldn't help me and decides to end our chat session...got bonuses added after 2 attempts...so customer service is crape. The layout of the website and the nativigation of the place..I dislike it so much, it's not like other places, it's time consuming figuring out which tab to click on to get to so and so. Also, verification.. I for one always upload documents/I.d straight after 1st deposit, this place, it states I don't need to verify my account as yet, seems very shady to me...I contact live chat again,and ask if they could provide me with an email address to send my documents to as that was another option the casino stated on their website, we'll, this rep said they can not provide me with an email address as it's confidential therefore they couldn't provide it??? Like what actual f#$k...an email address? Confidential? First of all ive only deposited two small deposit's so im not in the black. But i know a good casino from a bad one i mean when you play slot's get a feuturette you expect a small little win but on this site it s like 50 cent win on a featurette bonus sorry if spelled wrong definitly will close my account now .Plus they not add 350 wellcome bonus spin's and had the cheek to send 10 spin's only 40 wager lol so if i win 20 cent i must wagered it 40 plus lol 2 spins like. Worth it for the bonuses and games The welcome bonus at CrownPlay is one of the better ones I’ve seen. Easy to use and the extra spins were actually useful. As a VIP player at CrownPlay, I regularly deposited €2,000 per month and received special VIP offers. After changing my VIP manager, these bonuses were suddenly denied to me – without prior notice.
Instead, I've been kept waiting since June 19th, receiving no answers from the VIP manager, and support just keeps putting me off.
The icing on the cake: Although CrownPlay claims to operate under an Anjouan license, the required site seal is missing from the website – making complaints almost impossible.
I have now submitted an official complaint to the Anjouan Gaming Authority and cannot currently recommend CrownPlay.

I'll remain neutral for now, I've already deposited quite a bit there and won a little but after winning if you carry on playing the winnings are gone very quickly, some games and their free spins are very disastrous but I still managed to win a little, 200 EUR, played this down to 80 EUR and now I'm going to try to cash it out to see if these bad reviews are justified, I hope not, but since it's the weekend now I'll probably have to wait and according to the casino guidelines my money should be paid out by Thursday at the latest and I can't imagine that you wouldn't be able to do this in this time frame since it's only 80 €, without having to constantly communicate with support, I'm excited and hope for good things, so a neutral review for now.

I decided to play on this online casino website due to good reviews. At first I was happy at the bonuses and seemed like a legit online casino. Until time came to withdraw. I decided to withdraw a mere $100 to test the withdrawal system. (Being slightly ahead compared my deposits)
After several days I requested and update on the progress of the withdrawal. I was met with vague indifference and told to be patient. Again I tried yesterday at the 2 week mark and again met with vague indifference and excuses. I believe this company is phoney. And don't believe you should use it.

I think this is a really good site great games good bonuses but my withdrawal of 1200 is delayed 2 weeks almost also max cash out at a time is $750 and they said second to process will be 1-3 days after first but my first withdrawal hasn’t been processed yet almost 2 weeks ago I requested and then I will have to wait a long time for second withdrawal so it may take over a month to get both my withdrawals but other then delayed payouts it’s a great site
