However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

A small update...at 5:18 PM another €400 arrived as per the email and schedule...should I wait until next week or generally inquire why the amount is so low this week?

7.8. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment providers and methods Players use. Usually it can take up to 72 hours but not limited. Once a withdrawal has been processed successfully and released, a time period will apply depending on the payment method being used.


Snatch partners with several reputable payment processing companies to perform money transfers from and to players. Based on their internal regulations, as well as external circumstances, individual transfers might take longer than normal to reach players. In such cases, if Snatch becomes aware, the player is kept informed via email of the expected transfer date. At the moment, Snatch is processing three withdrawal requests from the player, made in July.
