I am submitting a complaint regarding another delayed withdrawal from RoboCat Casino.

I requested a withdrawal on July 6, 2026 in the amount of $2225. The withdrawal has remained pending beyond the processing timeframe stated in RoboCat’s Terms and Conditions.

After contacting customer support, I received only a standard response stating that withdrawals are generally processed within 3 business days from the first business day after the request (excluding weekends and public holidays). They also stated that my winnings are safe and that their payments department is working to complete the transfer as soon as possible. However, they did not provide a specific reason for the delay or an estimated payment date.

This is particularly concerning because I previously experienced a significant delay with another RoboCat withdrawal before it was eventually paid. I am therefore concerned that this is becoming a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident.

I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with the casino before filing this complaint but have not received a satisfactory explanation or timeframe for payment.

I respectfully request that Casino Guru contact RoboCat Casino to help ensure that my withdrawal is processed promptly and that the casino adheres to its published withdrawal policy.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
