I deposited $275 because of their so-called 200% bonus promotion. I activated it, but no bonus ever showed up in my account. I had to contact support just to get anything, and instead of 200%, they only gave me 125%. Then they claimed there was a $300 cap, which was never mentioned anywhere on the bonus page. They clearly hide the bonus terms because they know most players won’t bother digging for them. The RTP is ridiculously low, the games lag and glitch constantly, and most of the slots are restricted for no reason, not even location-based. Since Casinoinfinity is relatively new, I would say the variety of games, especially Merkur, makes it unbeatable and they are new! I think they will improve it even further, etc. The payout took 3 days the first time but 1 day the second time!!!

Pleasant casino, lots of live games and lots of slots. You can also bet on sports. If you have any problems, you have your own VIP manager who will get back to you quickly. I just think the payout could be quicker. I really like that there is a cashback campaign for people who have deposited a lot of money in a week, so that they get at least some of it back. Only the bonuses are not well thought out, you have to wager the money you receive 40 times to receive the bonus, which is almost impossible.

I made over €100,000 profit at Casino Infinity. Unfortunately, I am not able to withdraw this large sum adequately because there is a poor VIP system with very low withdrawal limits. These limits could be increased according to §6.14 of the terms and conditions, but the casino does not do that. Now I have to withdraw €15k every month for almost 8 months.
KYC and withdrawals are delayed to the maximum because the casino hopes that the player will gamble away all his winnings again.
Limits will not be increased.
KYC is not offered immediately after opening an account and is also rejected when asked in the chat. The casino will contact you as soon as it needs documents.
Overall, we would advise against using this casino. Many mechanisms have been built in to delay payouts as long as possible. In addition, the payout limits (VIP system (what a joke)) are very low when you win big. There are much better casinos. (Which also help you withdraw your balance faster by adjusting your limits.)

Συμφωνήσαμε να του στείλω το επίσημο ενοικιαστηριο έγγραφο από την σελίδα taxis net με το λογότυπο της ελληνικής δημοκρατίας. Το κατέβασα από την επίσημη σελίδα και το έστειλα. Αφού το μελέτησαν μου ανάφεραν ότι είναι πάνω των έξη μηνών που συντάχθηκε και δεν γίνεται αποδεκτό. Στην αρχή νόμιζα ότι με κοροϊδεύουν αλλά σοβαρό μιλούσαν οι κύριοι. Έπρεπε δηλαδή να είχα βρει σπίτι το τελευταίο τρίμηνο. Αν και τους εξήγησα και τους ανέφερα ότι έχει το σήμα της ελληνικής δημοκρατίας και είναι το πλέον επίσημο έγγραφο, πάλι τίποτα. Ζήτησαν χαρτί από το δημαρχείο τώρα οτι διαμένω σε αυτή την διεύθυνση. Δεν ξέρω τη να κάνω πλέον γιατί σίγουρα ότι έγγραφο και να τους στείλω πάλι θα βρουν δικαιολογίες. Όσα συμφωνήθηκαν τα αναιρεί το καζίνο . Πραγματικά απελπιστικά με αυτή την κατάσταση. Χάρηκα ότι κέρδισα 48000 και τελικά δεν θα πάρω τίποτα. Πόσο απατεώνες υπάρχουν στο διαδίκτυο.... Πραγματικά δεν θέλω να τα παρατήσω γιατί είναι μεγάλο ποσό. Στο Κουρασάο δεν υπάρχουν αρχές για καταγγελία και ούτε ασχολείται κανένας με τους πελάτες. I don't like those casinos that say after the deposit you are not entitled to the welcome bonus because of bonus abuse?!?!? How can you abuse a bonus if you have been registered for 10 minutes? Absolutely dubious behavior. If you don't want to win customers, then don't. I would recommend you look for a casino that doesn't treat customers like the last one. Support is friendly but not going into the problem further is a no-go. I don't want to know what can happen if you win. Personally, I can't make any recommendations here!

Spent a few hundred in this casino last week, and want to share my experience. Deposits took about ten minutes, that is usual for crypto. The interface was pretty good, cannot say something special, everything is easy to find. Didn't find a few games, not the biggest loss, but it is a little disadvantage. I deposited after the first registration. 50 with welcome bonus. Has not been credited. When asked in live chat, the reason "I have a high bonus rate" came up. I would accept that if it wasn't my FIRST deposit. Chat was unfriendly, only copied statements and the supporter just ended the chat.
