I saw this casino was highly reviewed on casino guru so I thought I'd try it. I tried their live roulette and it's quite laggy. I was also having issues of placing straight up bets and colour bets at the same time, if I placed straight up it would remove the colour and vise versa. I had an issue where I placed some split bets and every single bet shifted over to the right. I contacted support and I received a generic copy pasted response that said I need to email their support and didn't give me the email and instantly closed chat. I've played on over 30 websites and I have never seen anything like this in my entire life. I would avoid this website and the reviews.

My experience at Brango Casino was exceptional ! 🎉
One of the only few casino to offer real no deposit offers with no strings attached. I was able to withdraw successfully more than 150$ from their no deposits offers. I hope they keep it this way because that'll surely attract more and more players.
The only downside is the few selection of games and providers they have, RTG and Spinlogic to which I'm not a real fan of.
The second downside is the verification, which could be much faster if they gave chat agents the ability to verify identities. (It takes 3-5 days in average to be verified)
Overall I give it a solid 9/10 this casino is great and they have to the opportunity to make it even better.

I signed up for this casino based on the good rating and reviews and was disappointed. I don't know who wrote the user reviews but I have been on a number of casino sites and this one is no better than the other Realtime Gaming casinos out there.
Made 2 deposits, had about 200 usd total with bonus money. The wagering amount is ok, but the payout was absurd and there was zero chance in the wagering. Bonus payout was on average 5-10x, got no more than 50x and that is all, expected longer playtime for the money I put in + the bonus, but it was one-sided. As for the chat, was a bit confusing, got an answer fast, but the operator gave answer for a different question and each time same answer "no welcome bonus in your region", after I waited 10 min got a proper answer.
Update: Deposit methods are a nightmare. Firstly, making a deposit via bank card option redirects to Moonpay and i have to buy crypto. Whats next? I have to make a manual bank transaction to the casino bank account ?
Secondly, deposit using Skrill failed last time i made a deposit. I waited a week for funds to be returned to wallet instead they went to casino.

I wish i could post the screenshot. I won 3500 dollars. I completed the wagering requirements so i could get the fifty bucks. But i said screw it and kept playing with the 50 dollars i was entitled to, and i turned it into 3500. But since i didnt withdraw the 50 they said it still under the rules of the coupon 50 spins max cash out 50 bucks. When i argued the fact that it was my fifty THEY were going to pay me out than why wouldnt i be entitled to the 3500 i won? Once you are preapproved you can't win anything!! The second you are preapproved you can't win anything anymore...I was up to $200+ and started losing everything and later in the day they told me I was preapproved. I then did another welcome bonus and couldn't even payoff half the 1X wager!!!! Plus they send you emails all the time saying you have credits but there never actually is any!

I received an email from Branford with a 200$ free chips on sign up. Upon signing up it said that promo couldn’t be redeemed. Then they had under promo selections 50$ sign up bonus. That said I had already redeemed it. When I went to support some Brandon Lloyd guy said he was checking, I waited like 20 minutes for him to say nothing could be done and just closed the chat. This is ridiculous for real. Why waste people’s time with even offering it. They probably regret handing out any free bonuses and can’t keep up, I don’t know but this is the worst experience even more than blacklisted casinos.

This casino sucks. I got newbie bonus and won my playthrough and 113 above that. Max cashout is 50. Well it took over a week, almost 2 weeks, to get verified. They also dont let me do free spins or deposit anything until my redeem is done. They send me an email saying, hey you're verified. Congrats. Then upon cashout now they're saying I have to make a "verification deposit "... like wtf. I saw this casino was highly reviewed on casino guru so I thought I'd try it. I tried their live roulette and it's quite laggy. I was also having issues of placing straight up bets and colour bets at the same time, if I placed straight up it would remove the colour and vise versa. I had an issue where I placed some split bets and every single bet shifted over to the right. I contacted support and I received a generic copy pasted response that said I need to email their support and didn't give me the email and instantly closed chat. I've played on over 30 websites and I have never seen anything like this in my entire life. I would avoid this website and the reviews.

My experience at Brango Casino was exceptional ! 🎉
One of the only few casino to offer real no deposit offers with no strings attached. I was able to withdraw successfully more than 150$ from their no deposits offers. I hope they keep it this way because that'll surely attract more and more players.
The only downside is the few selection of games and providers they have, RTG and Spinlogic to which I'm not a real fan of.
The second downside is the verification, which could be much faster if they gave chat agents the ability to verify identities. (It takes 3-5 days in average to be verified)
Overall I give it a solid 9/10 this casino is great and they have to the opportunity to make it even better.

I signed up for this casino based on the good rating and reviews and was disappointed. I don't know who wrote the user reviews but I have been on a number of casino sites and this one is no better than the other Realtime Gaming casinos out there.
Made 2 deposits, had about 200 usd total with bonus money. The wagering amount is ok, but the payout was absurd and there was zero chance in the wagering. Bonus payout was on average 5-10x, got no more than 50x and that is all, expected longer playtime for the money I put in + the bonus, but it was one-sided. As for the chat, was a bit confusing, got an answer fast, but the operator gave answer for a different question and each time same answer "no welcome bonus in your region", after I waited 10 min got a proper answer.
Update: Deposit methods are a nightmare. Firstly, making a deposit via bank card option redirects to Moonpay and i have to buy crypto. Whats next? I have to make a manual bank transaction to the casino bank account ?
Secondly, deposit using Skrill failed last time i made a deposit. I waited a week for funds to be returned to wallet instead they went to casino.
I think this is the last time i come to play in this casino.

asides the true nightmare that was their verification procedure which took just over 3months i did manage to win 350 from a no rules bonus which was paid out immediately but have struggled since feel like the RTP has gotten lower. Lousy experience. Won and turned over a NDB. Tried to cash out, got denied, chat told me there was still some arbitrary non existent bonus clause on my account even though I made it through the $1000+ play through and gotten notifications I had done so. Gave up.

holy cow. as others and myself eventually i found out that a casino that does instant withdrawals. they claim in under an hour. they also by chance are like one of the highest rated online casino 9.7 / 10 safety index score. so hi won a thousand. How is this so highly rated? The slot bonuses are like 10-15x returns, don't expect to win anything big. RTP is literally like 50% if not worse. It's like impossible to win. All the slots are boring and by 1 company Bonuses sound good but its so hard to actually come out with something

Well, after all this complaining, they made everything right I think the BRANGO management for changing everything to make it more secure for the players to play without looking at the fine print so that we can make less mistakes which makes our money void. I have been online for years gaming and I’ve won and I’ve lost. When I, win I expect my money these people make up reasons to not pay you. Most of these casinos online have the games set up so that you won’t get caught playing an unrestricted game or an unrestricted amount I played through $14,000 at the casino with their bonus. I hate bonuses but I deposited a little money and I got lucky I actually went through $14,000 with them Play through and then I won another $4000 on top of that…. I read the log the log said your Playthru is zero your bonus is zero your real amount is $3594. Hey, I’m happy I needed the money. I have a Childcare so I wanted to use the money to pay up bills it’s almost Christmas blah blah blah my light coin didn’t work so I withdrew it in bitcoin pretty happy, waiting for it to come through left a little bit money on the account and played through that waiting for the money to come through again all of a sudden I’m getting these emails. ….
One email said confirm I understand that looked at the other emails and they said hey your withdrawal was voided and the money was actually taken. They took $2500 from me. These assh)$e& sent me another email that said oh we know you didn’t do this intentional so we put your money back. They put my $207.94 back in the account.
Oh I’m confused I’m confused I’m pissed and confused because what am I supposed to do with the $207 I kept asking them what games can I play with this little bit amount that isn’t going to be called restricted ….. if your online bullshit isn’t set up correctly to follow the rules, don’t invite anybody on the platform to play at their rig games they set you up for failure because on most platforms, if the game is restricted or if you have a bonus that you need to play off is clearly labeled and restricted games. Do not come up, I’m still so very very much confused on how I played through $14,000 and made another $4000 that was supposed to be my money played a little bit more cashed out 2500 and played and gave back. I have been given several free no deposit bonuses and a fairly large deposit of 67 euros with a 500% bonus on top of the 67..something like 300 euros to play with and 500FS + 5 days worth of 75 spins..never even got close to a decent win or bonus game worth cashing out or that I even could cash out..my deposit welcome bonus flopped as well..couldn't hit the back door of a barn betting only .50 or maybe even $1 most times..
